Lysias is the Chairman of the Audit Committee for Ministry of Higher and Tertiary Education, Science and Technology (2018 to date), He is a holder of the following qualifications; Master of Business Administration Degree(Zimbabwe Open University), Chartered Institute of Secretaries (C.I.S), Bachelor of Arts Degree (University Of Zimbabwe), T3 Teachers Certificate (Mt Selinda). Lysias has reputable work experience, 2001 to 2002- Chief Accountant, 2003 to 2006- Acting Director, Finance and Administration- Ministry of Transport and Communications, 2006 to 2007- General Manager (Finance, Personnel, and Administration) – Public Service Commission, 2007 to 2015- Finance Director- CMED (Pvt) Ltd, 2016- Finance Director- Ministry of Sport and Recreation, 2017 to date- Finance Director- Ministry of Womens Affairs, Community, Small and Medium Enterprises Development. 1979 to 2001- Ministry of Education Sport and Culture;
